My room is at about 70% humidity. Is this too humid for my grey rat snake? There's very little I could do about the humidity, as I have two uncovered aquariums running, but is it going to cause problems for her?

I wouldn't worry about it. Just don't mist your rat snakes enclosure. Where they come from the humidity can get very high during summer and spring. As long as there is good ventilation, clean substrate and water you shouldn't have any problems.

For most colubrids, I've heard not to even measure humidity. Basically base it on their sheds.
Good shed = Good humidity
Bad shed = Bad Humidity

Where did you hear this? There is such a thing as too arid and too humid for all snakes. And the group colubrid is too vague. A grey rat snake would definitely not fare well in a desert environment. Nor would a cornsnake. 100% rh would also be pushing it.(I know this is not what you said but im just making a point that measuring humidity matters)It's always good to measure things.

It was a while ago.. Think Brian Barczyk said it.

Thanks guys. The ventilation's pretty good, and I'm definitely not going to mist her:)
