Yeah it does! Her temperament is amazing, like, I can pet her right on the head and under the chin, she seems to enjoy it:)

Congrats on the smooth sheds and good feeds guys. Sounds like all our snakes are happy and healthy. Lets keep up the good work. Happy Friday!

Medusa's first shed was a success! Thawing 2 hoppers! :D

Great minds think alike Steve. Caesar ate 2 hoppers tonight also, both head first, and Sasha Fierce ate a pretty decent sized fuzzy. I'm outta fuzzys now so everybody gets hoppers until we place our rat and mice order on the 15th of next month.

Wow moving to rats already. I may stick with large mice for my prairie and corn on my next order. Seems like medusa grows 2 inches a week lol

Not switching to rats Steve, just diversifying their diets a little. I'll offer rats as an occasional larger meal. I'm only ordering (10) rat pinkys and (10) rat fuzzys to go along with (50) hoppers, (50) small mice, and (10) medium mice. That should last them a while : )

I usually order a few of what they're eating now and the next 2 sizes up.

I heard they are healthier in some other thread and that contain more muscle rather than fat. But I didn't get them for that reason tho, I got them because the store I go to ran out of mice haha

I usually order online. The mice are a little less expensive than rats and I haven't heard of any substantial nutritional benefits of one over the other. I just want to mix up their food choices sometimes. Who wants to eat the same thing over and over and over again? :)

True, true. That's why I don't like constantly feeding my leo mealworms. I even fed her a live pinky, even though its not the healthiest food choice for her haha
