Getting my first Boa

Hi, I'm new to the snake world and I'm thinking about getting a Boa as my first snake. I'm 20years old and my new neighbor have 7 snakes, after visiting him I was lost in the world of snakes.

I've got serious thoughts about getting a Boa constrictor imperator because I feel like that's the perfect sized snake for me and they are so very beautiful! but the thing is that I love the Surinam Boa because of it looks so "clean" without the dots on it. Is there any morph or such like this with the imperator species?

You could try going to a breeder/expo maybe and picking out something that is to your liking. I really love my bci she is so pretty and over all a great snake.

Some BCIs don't have 'freckles'. It just depends on genetics. Mine has them, some I see at expos have none and look very clean.
