Sweet. Looks good. You've acquired quite a few snakes recently, building the collection eh?

Thanks a lot. Yup, however I am ending it with this snake for quite a while. Wouldn't want to grow the collection to an overwhelming size.

I've handled this snake for a few minutes before letting it settle in, seems to be quite docile. Will have to see the next time I handle him.

I've done that alot in the past. Don't get your hopes up so soon. Being cold coming from wherever he was coming from (shipping, drive, whatever) and not settled, they act quite differently. Once the cage becomes 'his' cage, he might change his disposition 180 degrees lol

Oh and what is the red dot on the enclosure? Enclosure looks nice too

That wouldn't be fun. Definitely wouldn't want to be tagged by an adult. However the breeder I purchased him from told me it was one of his tamest adults. Signal herp seems to be a reputable source so I'll take his word for it... until I get bit lol.

You mean in the first picture? It is an indicator that lights up when the radiant heat panel is in use. All RBI heat panels have the indicator.

Nice serpent! Is that cage from PVC cages?

You guessed it. This cage holds humidity and heat too well. Might have to drill a few holes for my other snakes that don't require so much humidity.

Took some new photos today after taking him out to see his temperament. Seems a bit shy but hasn't struck at me.

What kind? The male:female ratio on the market is ridiculous. I see a lot of males up for sale right now.

My girl is a mixed locale (sorong x Jade line) so probably a Sorong

There's actually a guy selling some really nice looking sorong males on fauna. I would buy them but I'm not looking for males.

sometimes its not worth buying from across the border. The CITES are pricy
