So i thought it was time i started a picture and video thread of my collection. This way i can show them all off in one thread.
I'll start off with some video's of my White Lipped Python.
The first video is a older one i had totally forgot about. In it i say he a 2012 but he actually a 2011.

This one i did a couple days ago of my White Lipped. It didn't come out very good because it hard to get the camera to focus in on him.

Next up is my Savu Python. In the video i said they were discovered in1997, but i was wrong it was 1993.

Thanks you all. The White Lipped cage is actually his old one. The new one is much bigger and has a lot more hide and less branches. I did it that way because the ground is where he spends 99% of his time.

What you didn't see in the video was when he swang back and tagged me.

It fun on my Blacks. In the house the male is all over the place when i get them out and she sits there like a bump on a log. Outside they are totally the opposite she all over the place and he doesn't want to move for anything. My Borneo tend to be like her.

LOl He was chilled wrapped arond my arm it wasn't until i set him in the grass that he wigged out.

My Yellow Anaconda does the exact same thing. I can take him out and hold him as long as I don't restrain him, he is fine. the second I restrain him, he tries to bite. He will let me tail him. Although yours is more colorful than mine.

He about 8'. He goes off feed for periods at a time and then he eats like a pig. When I got him he was under weight and in a dirty enclosure with a Boa.

So he's the same size as my guy. Mine never miss a meal but now that he older i feed him about every three weeks.

When he is in a eating mode, I feed him every two weeks and use him as a garbage can if someone else does not want to eat their rat. He lost a little weight his last fast, but he is fattening up again nicely.

My Yellow is just one of four garbage cans i have. My male Argentine, male Black Blood and male Bredli python are ones also. I swear i could feed all four till they burst and they still want more. Most be a male thing. lol

I no i need to not talk as much. The problem is i try to drag out what i am saying so there is just a bunch of silence. Which then just makes me sound slow. lol

I love your collection Chuck. I am pairing my jag boy up with my jungle female this year. I am hoping Dutch passes his dorsal stripe on to his young. This pair will make 94% jungle jags . If my female slugs out again this year I will retire her from breeding and know my male jungle was not the issue. Good luck with you coastal.

I have been think about putting my Bredli Python with my big Jungle. I really think a Jungle Carpet x Bredli hybrid might look really cool.

Thanks! I use UTH pads for all my snake. After eating they will spend a couple days laying right over the heat. Then most the the rest of the time on the perch at the cool end.

I don't know what's going on couple minutes ago nothing was showing up.

So i traded my Borneo and Bredli for a pair of proven 1.1 Savu Pythons. they are six years old and quit a bit longer than my other Savu. The one i had for a while is much lighter in color though.

First up is the male he in shed. (no names for them yet)

Awesome. What are they like in person?(personality wise). I've always been interested in these
They are a like like Carpets very curious, love to climb and burrow. As babies they are suppose to be nippy but grow out of it. I lucked out as i got all three of mine as adults. I pick them up with a hook and set them right in my hand and i have not had so much as a strike. They are amazing to work with. They have such slender bodies. My light male is about 4 foot, the new male 5 foot and the female is around 5.5 pushing 6. Even for pushing 6 feet she can fit her whole body in a coffee can hide.

The day i got them she climb right up my arm and all around my head. The male a little more shy but he loved being out and was all over checking everything out last night. I really hope to breed them and get babies so i can work with a pair from birth to old age. They kind of resemble a Scrub crossed with a White lipped Python. Kind of big heads for their slender bodies.

On a side note for some reason most of my videos aren't showing up in these thread. They were there a couple month's ago. Plus image shack changed everything around and i am still trying to figure it out. None of my pictures are coming out the right size.

Everytime I see a cool snake I get tempted. Now I'm starting to want one of these....

They almost look like a smaller version of the olive and water pythons

They do look quite a bit like them. I might be getting a pair of water pythons down the road. After the guy sent me pictures i realized the only difference between water python and White Lipped pythons are the head color. These are just such cool snakes to work with. Big time under rated.

Thanks! As for my yellow anaconda his temperament pretty good. in the cage i can do anything and he just fine with it. Does watch me ever move like a hawk. Out of the cage he gets a bit flighty. As of late he has been getting braver. Here's a thread i have on him.

Let just put it this way ever time he out of the cage i know i am getting bit before he goes back in the cage. Luck for me he has such a tiny head for his body size. Mine will do ok wrapped around my arm but as soon has he wants down it's on.

Thanks! I still can't believe she had such a big clutch. Average Dumeril clutch are 8 to 10. So 14 is a really big clutch plus this is her first time breeding. She gets next year off.
