I have her index card from the breeder and she was born 6/3/13. She's shed once according to the card but she's a little over two months old now and hasn't shed since I got her. Her previous owner said she hadn't shed while he had her either. Is this normal? I don't remember how often they usually shed as babies. I haven't noticed any signs that she's fixing to either unless I missed them. She looks like she's grown noticeably since I've gotten her and she's eating large mouse pinkies or small rat fuzzies every five days.

She was born in June and has already had three owners (you, prev owner, and breeder?)??
i'm a firm believer that stresses (such as new environments) can inhibit or delay normal growth and shed cycles. As long as she is continuing to eat normally, you notice she is growing (investing in a scale can help you determine is she is gaining weight), and you dont see any obvious issues (skin becomes excesively dull, looks 'off') i would wait her out. My juvenile corns shed ~once/1.5 months. I know they are different from a boa, but your interval of 2 months doesnt seem excessive at this point.
more information about your husbandry/viv can help some of the boa keepers guide you further.

Oops, I meant to say rat pinkies or fuzzies. Today she had a mouse hopper because my supply store was out of rats. She ate with gusto as usual and was acting hungry afterwards, it was a fairly small mouse.
I keep the humidity between 50-60, the temp at 90/85 and at night it's usually 80-85. The tank is pretty small so I don't get much of a gradient. I'm looking into buying or building another tank for her, probably a PVC cage. What is a good size for her as a permanent tank? I was looking at either a 48x24x12 or 48x24x24.

Starbuck- She's looking and acting perfectly normal. Her original owner didn't have permission from his landlord to have her so he had to get rid of her. She came to us in a 20gal fishtank. My husband built a lid for it but we're still struggling to keep the tank at a good humidity without spraying it a few times a day so we're going to buy a better viv for her.

another option is to provide her with a humid hide; i use a sandwich container with a hole cut in the side, and either damp paper towel or pesticide/fertilizr free sphagnum moss.
this is a good option while you get her other viv up and running.
as for tank size: bigger is almost always better, but stay within your means (obviously? lol) i like pvc because they are light, i just got 6 melamine style cages and they each weigh about 40 pounds :P
I've never kept boas yet, so others might have better advice, but i think you should be ok with waiting and seeing for now.

i got my albino male from a big name breeder back in march. he was born in feb and just shed for the first time for me last month. he eats hoppers every week. was feeding him one hopper every monday but moved him up to two hoppers every monday and looks like he is doing great now. some boas just have a slow start that is all.
