i got my snake to eat

she hasnt eaten in a while and it feels like a great success that she finally ate after being moved into her new enclosure. the only thing is that she didnt strike at it i had to leave to rabbit in the cage and she slithered over and ate the rabbit. is there any reason why she wouldnt strike? or is it perhaps that she is not completely "moved in" to her new home?

I wouldn't worry about what way she's eating just as long as she does :-)

If she's used to frozen thawed, they sometimes no they don't have to kill it and just eat. That's what my kingsnake does, he just goes thanks for the food and just starts eating away

It happen to me very often, My retic sometimes strikes the rat, sometimes doesn`t. Don`t worry at all.
