View Full Version : what kind of snake is this?

Hey so my dad is up north(wi) camping and he sent me a picture of this snake(I'm at my moms today but ill post a pic tomorrow night...I'll explain best I can) and I'm posting on my phone:P so it has a grey body and on the upper half there's black triangles on either side. They're all connected by a thin black line and a@ it gets closer to the tail it just looks like very thin black lines. Id say he's about...an inch and a haalf in diameter and probably 1-2 $set long. im bad at judging by pictures though:P any help would be appreciated!

Does the picture you have show any of the snakes belly?

It's head looks pretty rounded, kind of like a racer snake. And no the pictures don't really show the belly!

Sorry, my computer is unbearably slow. Here's the pictures. Sorry they aren't the best quality he took them on his phone. And sorry if I failed at explaining it correctly. I'm bad at that :P
