Picked up a MBK sub adult! Unknown sex and real flighty! Former owner didn't handle it much. :D:D Pics later after he/she settles in.

That's awesome Sharthun. Youve got a beautiful new addition there. I've had my MBK (Sasha Fierce) for almost 2 months now and she is so sleek and sweet. I love MBKs. Best wishes.

Lovely animal! I love the setup and their sleek look. Jet Black snakes are among the eerie and mysterious looking snakes. :)

Beautiful. I've had mine for about a year and a half, got her as a baby, just a few days old. I love her soooo much. she grew so fast and is almost three feet already and just upped her to 2 mice :D good luck with your new snake :)

Medusa is a burrowing maniac! I keep adding more aspen LOL I have really fallen for MBK's! May have to acquire another !

I don't even have one and just from seeing and hearing about them here I have been thinking that an MBK is probably going to have to be my next snake :D hehe

Moved Medusa from a 10g to a 20g tank with 3 inches of aspen last night. Very entertaining to watch the burrowing and exploring the new environment! Munched on 2 hoppers lol. King snakes are eating machines!:cool:

Medusa is going in to shed for the first time since arrival. Won't see much of him/her for a while.

Way to go Steve. Medusa's eating well, is nice to handle, and now getting ready for a first shed. That's awesome that you're giving her such a good home. I believe she'll be a happy healthy snake for a long time. I'm going to get some pics of Hannibal Caesar and Sasha Fierce up next week. They're relaxing a bit after last nights light meal. He had a hopper and she had a fuzzy :).

It turns out I actually have 2 snakes in shed! my albino garter hit it...and my brothers corn hit shed as well lol so 3 snakes are in a shed party at my house haha
