is my male huge?

the other day while I was cleaning I took out my male (the father of the babies which should come out this sunday) and I thought holy, he is so huge?? he is (158cm long and 4,5cm B)
This was my first king and he was already an adult, and I thought he was the max size but I guess I was wrong he is a lot bigger now!

Is his size normal or is he a big boy?:D


P.S He eats a small rat every week and he dont seem fat.

Looks like a nice brooks kingsnake.

158cm is around the average size for these kings. I think the maximum is around 6 feet however yours being a male I would say he's pretty big.

edit: What did you breed him to? Another axanthic brooks?

I bred him to my female sulphur lavender (thats what someone tomd me she was but im not 100% sure since I cant find a pic)
My BF bought her but he forgot what she was what a smart *** ;p

Beautiful snakes Kimmie. I've got a black/white banded cali king and an MBK. I'd really like one on those axanthics to top of my king collection. Yours looks like the perfect size. Have you always fed them rats? Both mine are eating mice but I hear that rats have a little more bulk to them. Again, awesome snakes you have. Be well.

thanks alot guys, sorry I was on holiday :D. I also fed him chicks but now since I have to wait I do feed him rats :). I really want a MBK <3
