Help Identify please.

Hey guys, at my company today here in Ontario Canada.

We got a shipment in from Miami. Inside the truck we found this little lizard. Can you guys help identify it so I can get a care sheet on it and hopefully get him alive. :)

Its only about 2 or inches long.
