Savannah's nose is turning white??

I've noticed that Toothless's nose seems to be really light (almost white) from the tip of his nose to about halfway to his eyes. To be honest I havn't been paying much attention to him lately as I have a new baby in the house, so I am not completely sure when this first started (at most a month ago). He is still active and acting normally, so I guess I'm just wondering if this is normal or if something is wrong.
Humidity and temp peramiters are correct according to savannahmonitor.co
I tried taking a picture but it turned out all blurry (think the batteries are low in the camera). I'm heading out to get some more batteries and will try to post some pictures later today.

This happens to some extent with mine. Just the very tip of his nose will get a bit whitish, and then go back to normal after shed. I think its because he is dragging around leaves and branches, and he rubs all of his food into rocks and the ground etc.

He hasn't recently shed, but does root around in the soil alot, so I guess it could be from that. It does look exactly like the photo above.

Ive noticed this recently too, except pretty much over his whole body. Mind you he is just out of shed so im thinking it could be down to that.

Ya, lol I found an old 30 gallon tank out by the dumpster (perfect condition with a metal reptile lid). It had a really nice peice of driftwood and those plastic plants inside. I figured waste not, want not :).

Took a video today too when I was feeding him a chick.
I usually wear oven mits when going into the cage, but am looking for a better type of glove. Does anyone have any suggestions? Preferrably something with padding for when he bites.
