Hi Guys!

My names is Alex, i'm 22 years old and i'm a computer technician.



I always like the snakes but since last year it's growing on me because a friend of mine bought a Royal Python and when I had Rambo (his name) in my hands he was so calm and quiet! Then I knew it would be the perfrect compagnion for me.

I do not own a snake right now but i'm planning to get one soon... I'm doing my homeworks before I make my move.

I've been searching the internet for 2 days looking for infos on the red-tail boas. I probably read more then half of the boa constrictor forum :D

I'm seeking some information on where to buy a red-tail boa in the Ottawa area (i.e. a good breeder), how much will I have to spend to get a 1-2months old boa and where should I get the frozen rats to feed her/him.

welcome to the site Alex.. Keep reading and learning as much as you can. Im sure there is someone on the forums who can point you in the direction of a good breeder of BCI in the Ottawa area as well as a rodent supplier!.. Good luck!!! :D

hi! welcome to ssnakess! i just bought a 4 month female and 5 month old male columbian red-tail boa from JKReptiles! they are in bc but they are very unexpensive which is great! and they are in excellent condition!! the only think you have to do is pay the shipping but i live in quebec and i bought a pair for 270!
