This guys is our normal female Daisy. She's has no hets and is the first burm we ever owned :)

I am hoping to breed normals in the future I just love the normals.

Good on ya mate but trying to get burms with no hets can be a bit of a headache. And no mate I've never bred before we were toying with the idea before we sold the albino greens but its a very small market for burms in Ireland north and south. So we decided against it.

I believe Burmese pythons are a type of rock python. I could be wrong I was never sure but I read that before.

Would be incorrect.

African rock python

Burmese python

You should check the geographical locations of Africa and Burma.

Burmese pythons are or were classified similar to the Indian python so maybe that was the confusion.

Indian python is also called a rock python. Different species though.

Pretty sure Indian rock is same as Burmese. Burms sure do look like rocks.

Well 5 years ago it was Python molurus bivittatus so you would've been partially right quite some time ago.

That is why we use latin names...

I've never heard an Indian python referred to as a rock python. Wouldn't really surprise me though.

If you are so inclined to do so; search python molurus in google and look at the side box. It'll say something along the lines of "commonly referred to as..."
