Meet Sissy

I don't think I have ever posted any pics of Sissy, She got loose and I lost her for 9 weeks. I finally found her after 9 weeks of stress about 3 weeks ago.

lol mine too Terranaut.... my male becomes an absolute wild child lunatic when he gets a smell of rat... his brain/eyes cant keep up with his mouth, he even bites himself!

Its funny how snakes like people have different personalities. My MBK who I who most of you know I rescued was one step from the anti-Christ when I got him.

I feed him on his feeding table and when he is done he comes right up to my face or hands and waits for me to pick him up. I need to video it some time.

He is really a GREAT snake now.

She is only 18-20" long he he.

I can take a pic of TAZ for ya, he is 4'8"

She is about 5 months old. She's a little small because of being lost for 9 weeks. But gaining weight a growing fast.

Last night was her first tiny fuzzy mouse.

I feed him last night and noticed his eyes are milky, so he will be going into shed soon. So as soon as he sheds Ill get a couple picks up.

He is growing like a weed 4' 8" shedding about every 4 weeks and gaining 1/2 inch a week.

In a year he will be Titanoboa, LOL :)

Not sure, he was a rescue from the SPCA and was about 4ft 425 grams when I got him.

I guessing about 3 years old.

He is now 4' 8" and 700 grams, I have had him for about 3 months.

That is so cool! My mbk is definitely more inquisitive than my laid back prairie king. Medusa is growing on me! Fascinating snakes!

I definitely agree that they each have unique 'personality traits'. My Cal King (Hannibal Caesar) is so mellow, laid back, and great to handle. My MBK (Sasha Fierce) on the other hand is super shy and still quite flighty, even though she has calmed down quite a bit since I got her almost 3 months ago. I handled her the other day and she was calm and super sweet. Caesar eats quickly no matter who's watching, lights on and all. Sasha Fierce will only eat in a dark room, and usually takes her meal inside her hide to eat in private. I still love them both though.
