I would wait a week to 10 days. However long you would have waited if he had eaten. During this time try your best not to handle your snake at all and only bother it to change its water. Keep us posted!
How are they being housed? Are they separated? Many people keep them, sell them, and advise they can be kept together. There are numerous reasons why this is not advisable, but I bring it up because you said one snake was a picky eater. If this is the case, you may have a very difficult time getting the one to eat if they are kept together.
Regarding the when: I would wait a few days, making sure the hotspots are up to par, then present the prey at night before bed, leaving it if not taken immediately.

temp 90 humidity 55 they are together right now which I feel could be part of the problem. they are being separated today as I am aware of the many reasons this is not an ideal set up for them. I was told they eat both live and frozen, I am offering frozen.

Separating is the best thong, i would also bump the humidity by 10-15% too
