Bore da!
I've recently acquired a baby ball python (about 5 month old) and when I was researching his needs this forum came up. I thought everyone looked really friendly, so I thought I'd join and try to pick peoples brains.
Basically little Monty was bought as a gift for someone who keeps a few snakes, initially all was well but then he stopped feeding for several weeks. He didn't get skinny thankfully, but his owner was concerned that her set up wasn't right for him and thought he'd get on better with me :)
I've had him 2 weeks, he's fed twice and bitten me twice, so I'm taking that as a victory :)
I've looked after corns, milks and kings for several years (I'm a pet shop girl, that's why I ended up with Monty) but this is my first python (first snake!) so any advice/pointers gratefully received :)
I also breed quail and indian runner ducks, just to mix it up a little! ;)
